"The wonderful London School of Musical Theatre have invited me back to direct this haunting show. I love working at LSMT. It is a nurturing, kind and creative space lead with enormous care and vision. ‘Alice by Heart” transports the characters of “Alice in Wonderland” to a London Underground bomb shelter during the Blitz of 1941. The beautiful contempory score by Duncan Sheik and the shows timeless themes of loss, acceptance and change are deeply moving. I can’t wait to get into the room with the fabulous young artists at LSMT and the thrilling creative team as we all journey “Down the Hole.”
